Sears sought to extend their reach in the home improvement space beyond their highly successful Kenmore appliance business. The Great Indoors is an 80,000 square foot home improvement category-killer designed around creating four key rooms: Great Kitchens, Great Baths, Great Bedrooms and the proverbial Great Room.
The concept features everything from Ann Sacks decorative tile to home theater systems, as well as a bookstore and café.
