In my dual role as Retail Creative Director and Director of Visual Merchandising, I managed two key divisions of this national multichannel retailer and was responsible for integrating and leading a cross-functional team of graphic designers and visual merchandisers. Responsibilities included brand marketing, seasonal concept direction, art direction, packaging design, visual merchandising, in-store marketing, store design and display for the apparel, home, outlet and licensing divisions of the company.
